Exceptional outcomes

Redland City Council / We successfully advised Redland City Council in proceedings in the Planning and Environment Court to defend Council’s decision to refuse a residential subdivision in Thornlands and continue to advise the Council in relation to other proposed residential developments in the region. 
Western Australian Local Government / Advising various Western Australia local councils, including negotiation with local authorities and landowners in relation to the construction of major works, sealed roads, and easements to allow access to and from private properties over Crown land.
Western Australian commercial land developer / Advising this developer client on the resumption of their land by Main Roads WA. We also advised on scheme amendments, a structure plan application and environmental impacts relevant to one discrete piece of developable land earmarked as significant vegetation.
State and Local Governments / We provide strategic advice to both State and Local Government authorities in relation to compensation negotiations for the resumption of land for significant transport and social infrastructure projects across Queensland.
