Exceptional outcomes

Western Wakka Wakka People / For over 10 years we have advised the Western Wakka Wakka People on all their commercial, native title and cultural heritage projects, including: negotiating with development interests on wind farms, roads, mines and pipelines, drafting cultural heritage agreements and dispute settlement deeds.
Yinhawangka Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) / Advised Yinhawangka Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) in negotiations of an ILUA/Ancillary Agreement in connection with the development of WA Iron Ore’s Rocklea Iron project in the Pilbara.
Unitywater / Advised Unitywater in relation to their interests in the Kabi Kabi First Nation native title application and the potential impacts on Unitywater infrastructure and its ability to construct, operate and maintain that infrastructure within the relevant area of land under determination.
DP Energy / We advised this global renewable energy and sustainable development specialist on cultural heritage negotiations with the Gaangalu Nation People for the Callide Wind Farm project in Queensland.
Tangalooma Island Resort P/L / Advised on native title determination application, specifically acting for the resort in addressing the impact of a native title claim on Crown land permits held by the eco-resort. As well as this, the matter involved the negotiation of an ILUA to address these impacts. This resort could not function without access to land subject to native title. The ILUA that was negotiated is therefore critical to the survival of the client’s business.
