Exceptional outcomes

For The Record / Advised For The Record (FTR) on their successful patent applications for Blockchain Verified Recordings, which included the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications at the Australian and United States Patent Offices. The invention relates to a system and method for ensuring the integrity of a recording using blockchain technology. 
Nvidia Corporation / Acting for Nvidia Corporation (the world’s largest designer of graphics processing units) in the management and prosecution of its Australian IP portfolio, including the trade marks for its market leading GeForce and Tegra product lines.
Rumble Creative & Media Pty Ltd / Acted for Rumble Creative & Media Pty Ltd on the trade mark prosecution and strategy aspects for the Ugly Xmas RashyTM, Australia's answer to the Ugly Xmas Sweater. This involved performing clearance searches in multiple jurisdictions and filing and prosecuting a large number of applications.
