Exceptional outcomes

Brisbane Lions / Advising the Brisbane Lions AFL club on their high profile and often sensitive commercial contractual issues, including negotiating venue hire agreements, sponsorship agreements and agreements in respect of services at the Lions@Springwood social club facility.
Tanda / We act for an Australian-owned payroll and rostering software start up in the negotiation of commercial agreements with its customers. One agreement recently negotiated was for an enterprise-wide roll-out of the software for an international restaurant group, to be used in the group’s retail outlets world-wide. This matter involved the negotiation of the implementation and integration, licensing and ongoing support for this solution.
Queensland Rugby League / We advise on merchandise and licensing, leasing, sponsorship and advertising agreements, and on the employment arrangements for the coaching staff for the Queensland State of Origin.
Coffee Franchise / Advising our client, an international coffee franchise, on updates to their longstanding franchise agreement, general security agreement and premises licenses. The work is part of a wider project of process improvement being undertaken by our client.
