Red 5 Limited / Advised Red 5 Limited on the simultaneous acquisitions of the Darlot gold mine from Gold Fields Limited and the King of the Hills gold project from Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited.  We also advised on the related partially underwritten AU$12.7 million rights issue. 
Aguia Resources Limited / Advised Aguia Resources Limited on a variety of matters, including  its dual listing on the Toronto Venture Exchange, its CA$10.8 million capital raising to institutional and sophisticated investors, and private placement financing agreement for gross proceeds of AU$2.5 million. 
Sniip / Sniip is a mobile based payment platform that allows customers to receive, view and pay bills. We've advised Brisbane-based Sniip since 2016, including advising on several recent capital raisings and their planned public float.
SolGold PLC / Advised SolGold PLC, a copper gold exploration company with assets in Ecuador, Solomon Islands and Australia, on their listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX); on their delisting from the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and its listing on the main board of the London Stock Exchange; and on their £45M share offering and capital raising by way of a "bought deal”.
