Five Good Friends / We advised Queensland-based home care provider, Five Good Friends in relation to a capital investment made by the Advance Queensland Business Development Fund.
Propell / We've worked with Propell (previously Tappr) since their establishment in 2015 and have assisted them to fund and prepare for growth including via a capital raising through the issue of convertible notes, corporate restructuring and shareholders’ agreements. Propell is a financial technology company that designs and develops payment, point of sale and business solutions suited to SME's.
Sniip / Sniip is a mobile based payment platform that allows customers to receive, view and pay bills. We've advised Brisbane-based Sniip since 2016 including advising on several recent capital raisings and their planned public float.
Tanda / We act for an Australian-owned payroll and rostering software start up in the negotiation of commercial agreements with its customers. One agreement recently negotiated was for an enterprise-wide roll-out of the software for an international restaurant group, to be used in the group’s retail outlets world-wide. This matter involved the negotiation of the implementation and integration, licensing and ongoing support for this solution.
