South Bank Corporation / We advise South Bank Corporation on the Corporation’s commercial and retail leasing matters for the South Bank Parklands and Little Stanley Street Precincts.
Coffee Franchise / Advising our client, an international coffee franchise, on updates to their longstanding franchise agreement, general security agreement and premises licenses. The work is part of a wider project of process improvement being undertaken by our client. 
Michael Hill International Ltd / We advised MHI International Limited (Michael Hill Jeweller) on it’s A$400m restructure and redomicile from New Zealand to Australia, including the transition from a primary listing on the NZX to a primary listing on the ASX (with a dual listing on the NZX).
