Anthony is a Partner of our Commercial Property practice who also advises on the resolution of property related disputes. Anthony is recognised for his exceptional expertise advising clients as owners or developers of land lease communities.

Anthony has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation, contractual, leasing, body corporate, manufactured homes and property disputes, representing a broad range of clients including property owners, landlords, manufactured home developers, bodies corporate and property developers.

Anthony is well regarded as Queensland’s leading legal advisor to the manufactured home parks/land lease communities sector. With comprehensive experience advising about the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Qld) since its implementation in 2003, Anthony has acted for numerous manufactured home park owners in drafting site agreement special terms and home sale contracts, advising park owners as to site rent increases and various other operational issues as well as for park owners acting in all forms of disputes before the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Courts.

Anthony’s knowledge of and expert participation in the sector has seen him make several submissions to Government departments, ministers and advisers during reviews of the legislation. In addition, Anthony is an active member of the UDIA Queensland Seniors Living and Residential Care Committee.

Anthony also has specific experience advising bodies corporate, caretaker/managers and service contractors, and lot owners with respect to a wide variety of issues arising under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld), as well as acting in applications to the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management and appeals of those decisions to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
