New Manufactured Home Park Owners / We work very closely with new park owners as to their rights and obligations under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Qld), including advising as to whether certain structures located on sites in parks are 'manufactured homes' plus drafting site agreements, special terms and home sale agreements. 
Dispute Resolution for Manufactured Homes Park Owners / Acting for park owners in disputes in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal concerning issues such as increases in site rent sought by the park owner; decreases in site rent sought by homeowners; the classification of homes as 'manufactured homes', 'caravans' or other structures and the boundaries of a site the subject of a site agreement.
