Exceptional outcomes

Proserpine Sugar / We advised Proserpine Co-operative Sugar Milling Association (PCSMA) on corporate structuring and in the sale of its milling assets to Sucrogen of Singapore for $120M. Our advice ranged from obtaining government and regulatory approvals through to advising on complex structuring, property and employment issues and advising the directors generally throughout the sale process.
Queensland fruit packing facility / We acted for a prominent Queensland-based fruit packing facility, owned significantly by local growers, to advise them on a proposed investment by a Chinese owned entity which included the acquisition of one of the citrus farms in the regions.
Australian Mango Producer / We advised family-owned, Manbulloo Ltd in relation to trading terms and conditions, supply agreements and long term funding arrangements with Coles Supermarkets.
