HopgoodGanim Lawyers is proud to have advised leading Australian technology services provider Entag on its acquisition of Sunshine Coast based company, Proactive Technology Solutions (PTS).
This acquisition marks a key step in Entag’s expansion in operation and physical security technology, supporting their strategic growth into a unified, cloud-first service offering.
The HopgoodGanim team was led by Special Counsel Sarah Judge and Law Graduate Jonah Farry.

As part of the acquisition, PTS founder and director, Aaron Morris will join Entag in a key leadership role, bringing over 15 years’ experience in cloud-based security solutions, further strengthening Entag’s integrated technology offering.
