HopgoodGanim Lawyers has developed the following Coercive Control Reform Tracker to help capture and track coercive control reforms for intimate partner and family relationships across Australia.

This Tracker contains the latest consultation, recommended reforms, and guidance materials specific to domestic and family violence laws nationally.

Please note: In some jurisdictions there are additional laws not included which may provide protection (for example, Peace and Good Behaviour Act 1982 (Qld)) but the purpose of the Tracker is to capture the more specific domestic and family violence laws.
