Congratulations to Anna Hendry and Andrew Vinciullo who will both be promoted to Special Counsel.
Anna and Andrew are both very highly-regarded by HopgoodGanim’s clients and their peers.
Anna Hendry is based in the firm’s Brisbane office and is an insurance & risk professional.
Anna advises exclusively in insurance litigation, acting on behalf of major insurers in the areas of public liability, workers’ compensation, professional indemnity, compulsory third party and self-insurers.
Andrew is based in the firm’s Perth office and a litigation and dispute resolution professional. Andrew advises on a wide variety of commercial and corporate disputes, including contractual disputes, construction adjudications and court proceedings and consumer and financial services law.
He regularly appears as counsel on contested and uncontested applications in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and has been involved in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
