Services Experience People Publications

In recent times, we have seen the introduction of detailed and voluminous water legislation across Queensland, including changes to water licensing and allocation. HopgoodGanim’s expertise lies in interpreting the raft of complex water-related legislation and helping our clients deal with the resulting practicalities.

We work with both private and publicly listed companies, including resources explorers and producers and urban developers, to plan effective water management strategies and secure water entitlements for their projects.

Our team of experts assist our clients to access, manage, transport and sell water, and to implement water management strategies in line with relevant regulations.
