Meet the team that has played an important part in the success of some of the country’s most complex and high-profile commercial and retail leasing negotiations.

Services Experience People Publications

With one of the largest leasing teams in Queensland, we have played an important part in the success of some of the country's most complex commercial and retail leasing negotiations on behalf of public and private sector clients.

Recommended for real estate in Asia Pacific Legal 500, 2012, our understanding of leasing in Queensland is second to none. Members of our team have acted for many of the country's largest landlords and a significant number of Australia-wide tenants. In particular, we have experience rolling out large shopping centre leases for some of the largest landlords in Australia.

Our team drafts and negotiates all types of lease documentation for both landlords and tenants, and has experience in all aspects of the acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties. Our leasing documents are easy to understand while still providing robust legal protection. Recently, one of our Partners was mentioned by the Australian Financial Review in Best Lawyers in Australia - 2018 & 2019  for their work in Leasing Law.
