  • Advising ASX-listed Bow Energy on a placement and share purchase plan to raise $77 million. We also advised Bow Energy on an institutional placement to raise $48.4 million, and a share purchase plan to raise $30 million. 
  • Advising Careers Australia Group on its $40 million raising under convertible notes. 
  • Advising SCV Group on a number of convertible note arrangements to secure short term funding for operations. 
  • Advising ASX-listed CuDeco on the placement of shares with Hong Kong resource fund New Apex Asia Investment, raising $86.3 million. We also advised CuDeco on the placement of ordinary shares to two UK fund managers, raising $32 million. 
  • Advising ASX-listed Norton Gold Fields on the private placement of shares to Hong Kong company China Precious Metal Resources Holdings, raising $20 million. We also advised Norton Gold Fields on the placement of shares worth $40.5 million to investors in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and the placement of shares to Zijin Mining Group to raise $27.7 million. 
  • Advising Brisbane Markets on its $12 million rights issue and public offer. 
  • Advising AIM-listed Solomon Gold (now SolGold plc) on the placement of shares to institutional and private investors in Australia and the United Kingdom, raising $24.2 million. 
  • Advising Orbis Gold on the placement of shares to institutional and sophisticated investors, raising $18 million.
  • Advising Stanmore Coal on its initial public offering and listing on the ASX. Stanmore Coal had a market capitalisation on listing of $18.6 million.
  • Advising Buccaneer Energy on a share placement to raise $12 million.
  • Advising MetroCoal on its successful initial public offering and ASX listing. MetroCoal's IPO raised the maximum amount of $10 million, and the company listed on the ASX with a market capitalisation of $35.4 million. 
  • Advising Site International Group on its $4 million convertible note raising and subsequent $4.2 million rights issue.
