  • Acting for ASX-listed Titan Energy Services and its subsidiaries in the negotiation of finance facilities and securities to provide funds for both its ongoing operations and its acquisition of another business. 
  • Acting for Norton Gold Fields in connection with closing its gold hedge arrangements and issuing promissory and convertible notes, including negotiating with interested parties located in a number of jurisdictions worldwide, including major note holder Lehman Brothers. 
  • Acting for St.George Bank in connection with the negotiation of a bill facility to a stapled management investment scheme with cross-collateralised securities, across several Australian jurisdictions. 
  • Advising St.George Bank on financing various student accommodation facilities operated by the UniLodge Group located throughout Australia and New Zealand, including negotiating complex multiparty agreements with upstream stakeholders. 
  • Advising the Lloyds International Group on a specifically tailored and structured facility to a major Queensland merchant bank, with security and financial operating covenants, based on secured receivables. 
  • Advising Capital Finance Australia on construction funding for the Roma Street Parklands development, including undertaking negotiations with Government on finance-related aspects of the Government-granted development lease of the precinct. 
  • Acting for the joint venturers in the Riverlink Residential Development in Coomera to establish and finance the project. 
  • Advising St.George Bank in a series of financing transactions involving the Japanese-owned Nifsan Group in connection with the Group’s various landholdings and developments located at Emerald Lakes on the Gold Coast. 
  • Acting for a variety of large corporate and commercial clients, including the FKP Group, the Maritimo Group, the Wanless Group and Norton Gold Fields, in relation to the identification and mitigation of risk arising as a consequence of the introduction of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA).
