Giuseppe advises on commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential land contracts, property due diligence investigations and banking and finance transactions.

His experience includes acting for a variety of property developers and banks, including Meridien, Aria Property Group, Sunland Group, Villaworld, Ownit Homes, Capital Finance Australia and St.George Bank.

Giuseppe holds qualifications in Law (Honours) and Business (Accounting) from QUT.

Areas of Practice

  • Acting for both corporate and individual clients in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties by way of a contract of sale or a put and call option agreement.
  • Acting for developers to negotiate and prepare contracts to acquire development sites, and subsequently preparing off-the plan contracts for the sale of lots (strata or flat land) to buyers.
  • Acting for the developer of Enterprise Industrial Estate, a three-staged vacant land industrial subdivision of 55 lots in Townsville.
  • Acting for the developer of One Bright Point, a strata titled development of 124 apartments in Magnetic Island.
  • Acting for Capital Finance Australia and St.George Bank to complete property and sale contract due diligence investigations as a pre-requisite to funding and attending settlements. Giuseppe has been involved with project financing for Chevron Renaissance (Tower 2) and Southport Central, Southport, as well as the Roma Street Parklands.
  • Acting for the Brisbane Racing Club in all property related issues involved with the merger of the Queensland Turf Club and Brisbane Turf Club.
