Tax expert adds another string to HopgoodGanim’s bow

HopgoodGanim is pleased to advise the recent addition of Rosalie Cattermole as a senior associate in its tax team.

Rosalie’s arrival at HopgoodGanim reaffirms the commitment by the firm to leverage the support they provide to clients with regards to tax and revenue, and Rosalie’s background in the management of tax matters for the resources and energy sector further strengthens the firm’s ability to provide a one-stop-shop for clients in the industry.

Head of HopgoodGanim’s tax team, Luke Mountford, said, “Rosalie’s arrival allows us to provide ever-more tax and revenue support to our clients.  Her expertise and insights are a valuable addition to the team.”

Rosalie advises on a wide range of complex taxation issues including income tax, capital gains tax, GST and stamp duty. She has assisted individual clients, small business owners, large corporations and government owned corporations with a focus on the resources and energy, transport and infrastructure industries. Rosalie works closely with other practice areas within HopgoodGanim, including corporate advisory, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and resources and energy, to advise on complex issues including the tax aspects of capital raisings, business acquisitions and disposals, and corporate restructuring.
