HopgoodGanim moves to new heights for client service

HopgoodGanim is delighted to announce it will be moving its Perth premises to the iconic Allendale Square development in mid-December 2013.

Managing Partner, Bruce Humphrys said this move cements HopgoodGanim’s arrival in the Western Australian market and demonstrates the firm’s long term commitment to the State’s economy.

“Since our merger with Q Legal last year, our presence in the region has grown dramatically, with our staff numbers almost doubling. Taking these new premises was a necessary step to be able to house our staff and to ensure we had the space and technology necessary to service our clients in WA, across Australia and throughout China and beyond.”

The firm will take 862sqm of space on Level 27 of Allendale Square, right in the centre of the business district in St Georges Terrace and with 360 degree views across Perth. Other notable tenants in the building include ANZ (WA State Headquarters), WA Bar Chambers and Hess Exploration.

Fit out is presently underway at the new premises, under the guidance of architect Bernard Penhey of Maxwell Penhey, and construction and fit out contractors, ISIS.

“To ensure a consistent feel cross our Brisbane and Perth offices, much of the design at Allendale Square will mirror a recent refurbishment undertaken in Brisbane. We will have state of the art AV and client facilities, as well as modern, light and airy professional spaces, ensuring our staff will enjoy their new working environment,” affirmed Mr Humphrys.

HopgoodGanim, which merged with Q Legal in November 2012, is a full-service law firm, with its most prominent activities in WA focusing on energy & resources, general corporate, M&A, capital markets, litigation, employment, property and construction.
