HopgoodGanim hacks for medical research problems

As part of our ongoing commitment to the medical research and health technology industry through our Intellectual Property and Technology practice, HopgoodGanim Lawyers is thrilled to support HealthHack 2015.  Taking place from October 23-25, HealthHack will bring together some of the country’s brightest and most innovative minds, including biomedical researchers, data scientists, clinicians, software developers, graphic designers, and many more, who will compete to create digital solutions to some of the biggest problems faced by the Australian health tech sector.

The event, which in the past has created vital systems for assisting health researchers, also promotes the building of networks across the health industry; encouraging discussion which continues beyond the confines of the weekend and into the future. As proud gold sponsors of the event in both Brisbane and Perth for 2015, HopgoodGanim Lawyers will be donating a package of legal services to the winning team.

“We are happy to be able to support such an inspiring initiative, and hope that our donation to the winning team will go a long way towards aiding the leaders and innovators of the health industry.”, said Partner Hayden Delaney, head of HopgoodGanim’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice, who will be attending the first evening at River City Labs in Brisbane.
