HopgoodGanim announces promotion of 14 legal practitioners

HopgoodGanim is pleased to announce the promotion of 14 legal professionals within the firm, including the appointment of one partner to the firm’s Information & Communications Technology / Intellectual Property practice.

Managing partner Bruce Humphrys says the promotions reinforce the strength of HopgoodGanim as well as the firm’s ongoing growth in response to client demand.

“Six months on from promoting nine individuals, we are in a position to promote a further 14.  HopgoodGanim has experienced continued growth following on from our merging with an esteemed Perth practice in November 2012 and these promotions reflect our competitive position in the legal market, both within Brisbane and Perth.

“I am also delighted to note that eight of these promotions are female.  We continue to be committed to providing a diverse environment in which to work, fostering innovation, creativity and fresh insights for our clients.  Eight also seems to be the magic number, with eight of those promoted having done their articles with us, showing that we are employing great people from the outset who see a career path with us. All our promoted lawyers have made outstanding contributions to the firm and continually strive to deliver exceptional outcomes and service for our clients.

“Our new partner, Hayden Delaney has been managing our Information & Communications Technology / Intellectual Property practice for a number of years and has built the practice to a point where his team is sought out by clients across the country and beyond.”

Mr Humphrys says that the number of staff members promoted also reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to strong career development for its employees.

“The firm remains dedicated to promoting from within and providing the support and training our practitioners require to achieve their goals, right from day one.”
