BCIPA Seminars with HopgoodGanim Lawyers

The Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (BCIPA) is widely used for payment disputes in the construction industry.

The HopgoodGanim Construction team regularly delivers seminars on all aspects of BCIPA relevant to all those involved in the construction industry, from suppliers and subcontractors to developers.

Our BCIPA seminars cover the following topics:

  • Understanding the dual processes: payment claims pursuant to the contract and payment claims pursuant to BCIPA

  • Managing the payment claim process under BCIPA: from payment claims to adjudication decisions

  • Understanding the 2014 amendments to BCIPA and the options proposed by the security of payment discussion paper dated December 2015

We would be pleased to deliver a free and tailored seminar to your team, at your offices, at a time convenient for you. If you would like to arrange a session for your organisation, please contact Rebecca Kell on 07 3024 0104 or r.kell@hopgoodganim.com.au.
