Culture is important to us at HopgoodGanim Lawyers. Nearly 50 years ago, HopgoodGanim was founded by two great friends with a focus on commercial litigation and family law. Today, we are a fully integrated national law firm offering both corporate and commercial and private client legal solutions. 

As HopgoodGanim continues to develop, so does the culture at the firm. Building on from that initial friendship, we believe and constantly work on fostering a strong relationship culture, treating colleagues and our clients like friends. In practice, this means having authentic conversations, showing a deep respect and care for our colleagues and clients and remaining deeply collaborative with each other and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our people, clients and community.

Culture Partner leadership role

HopgoodGanim has a dedicated Culture Partner appointed to support our commitment to our values and culture. Nicole Radice, a Partner in our Corporate practice, holds this role. As a senior leader at HopgoodGanim, Nicole is focused on empowering our employees to have a positive employee experience in their interactions with our Partners across the firm.
