About Us

Business Mateship

HopgoodGanim’s vibrant internal culture is founded and centred on a concept we call ‘business mateship’. It’s what drives our passion for providing exceptional service and innovative, commercially-focused legal advice.

business mateship [bɪznɪs meɪtʃɪp] n.

  1. a holistic approach to working with our colleagues and clients that values long-term collaboration and genuine friendship.

Our commitment to business mateship stems from a steadfast belief in breaking down the traditional conservative barriers between lawyers and their clients. We believe in partnering with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their business and industry. By taking the time to get to know each client and their unique business needs, we can become a strategic advisor to their business and develop a strong relationship that outlasts a single transaction.

For us, business mateship is about collaboration, friendship, and providing service that delights our clients. It’s about being reliable and responsive, straightforward and honest, and approaching our work with passion and tenacity.

HopgoodGanim proudly supports the work of the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation and is a signatory to the TJMF Psychological Wellbeing: Best Practice Guidelines for the Legal Profession.
