Residential tenancy law changes

On 1 July 2009, the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act came into effect. It replaces the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 and the Residential Services (Accommodation) Act 2002, consolidating these two pieces of legislation into one Act. Amendments to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 - Bossichix decision
