The Commercial and Consumer Tribunal has delivered a number of important decisions so far in 2008 and three of these are discussed in this article.  They concern Section 71 of the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Qld), the status of agreements entered into under the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 (Qld) and the Tribunal’s involvement in negotiating the terms of Site Agreements.
