Greg is a Special Counsel and leads our Estate Planning and Administration practice. Greg joined HopgoodGanim in 2001.
His practice includes estate planning, business succession planning, estate administration and estate litigation and he has practiced in these areas for the past 20 years, and exclusively since 2000. Specifically this has included drafting the most simple, to the very complex, and wills and memoranda of directions, powers of attorney and estate plans and in the unfortunate incidence of an estate dispute, advising in relation to the most effective dispute resolution strategy.
Greg is a champion of HopgoodGanim’s client service philosophy and that is that we all share a commitment to the highest quality of client service. Greg always sets out to do a thorough and proper job for his clients and will not apologise for the time and effort he puts into ensuring the advice he provides is top shelf.
With an extensive background that also includes commercial property and litigation, Greg has the experience to be able to identify and resolve the many and varied issues that arise in his practice areas. He is very thorough in his approach and ensures he has a depth of understanding of a particular client matter before he even meets with the client. He does this by conducting his own research before the initial meeting with the client to ensure that he is prepared and can identify areas where problems may arise in the future or where the client may need more specific assistance at the outset.
Greg holds qualifications in Law (Honours) and Commerce.
