Sam is a Senior Associate in HopgoodGanim's Insolvency team. He advises on all aspects of insolvency law, from compliance with the Corporations Act and Bankruptcy Act to dealing with creditors and recovery actions. He also practices in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and has extensive litigation experience in a variety of Courts.
Sam understands the importance of achieving commercially-effective outcomes for his clients, and takes a strategic and cost-effective approach to all matters he advises on. By developing a deep understanding of his clients' businesses and desired outcomes, Sam is able to provide realistic, commercially-sound advice to help his clients achieve their goals.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and was admitted to practice in 2006.
