Richard is a Senior Associate of HopgoodGanim's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He has extensive experience in the areas of contractual, property, leasing and general commercial disputes.
Richard has regularly litigated in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Queensland, in addition to interstate Courts and tribunals.
Richard also has experience in alternative dispute resolution. His experience allows him to provide focused, commercially minded advice in a broad range of commercial disputes.
