Claudia advises on all commercial aspects of the petroleum, minerals and energy industries, from the environmental issues surrounding coal seam gas, water and mineral production and joint venture agreements to land compensation, infrastructure and asset sale and purchase agreements.
Claudia has recently been involved in and advised on downstream LNG project agreements in Queensland.
By learning the ins and outs of their business and getting to know who they do business with, Claudia is able to deliver strategic advice and practical solutions to her clients that are both innovative and commercially-effective.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology. She was named as a Rising Star in the 2010 Doyle's Guide to Queensland's Energy and Resources Lawyers.
