Tracey is a Partner of our Commercial Property team. Her practice includes tourism and hospitality developments, the sale and purchase of businesses, property and financier due diligence investigations, community title and body corporate law advice and land development projects. Tracey is also the lead partner for HopgoodGanim’s retirement living practice.
Tracey often acts for developers, negotiating and preparing contracts for the acquisition of development sites, and subsequently preparing off-the-plan contracts for the sale of lots to buyers. Her clients include Solmac Developments, Meridien, Aria Property Group and the Kyko Group.
Tracey is committed to her client’s goals as her first priority. In an industry where deadlines are critical, her commitment to success is a constant determination to deliver all transactions in a timely manner.
Tracey is also highly motivated to stay on top of developments in her area of practice and to pass this knowledge on to clients and her team through simple, sharp and relevant publications.
Tracey holds qualifications in Law and Commerce from James Cook University and was admitted in 1997.
