Robert Tidbury is a Partner within our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and specialises in workers’ compensation law.
Robert joined HopgoodGanim in 2000 and was appointed to the position of Partner in July 2009. Robert is a panel lawyer with WorkCover Queensland in respect of common law claims under the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003.
His areas of special interest include claims involving catastrophic injuries and suspected fraud. In addition to acting for both small businesses and large corporations in WorkCover common law claims, Robert has also acted for self insurers under the WorkCover Queensland Act 1996, in CTP motor vehicle claims, in public liability claims, policy holders in income protection insurance disputes, and employers in workplace health and safety prosecutions.
Robert holds qualifications in Law from James Cook University.
