Nicole gained experience early in her career in the property and corporate divisions of HopgoodGanim, and was appointed a Partner of our Corporate Advisory and Governance practice in 2005.
Nicole’s practice comprises corporate and securities law with a focus on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate structures, due diligence and corporate governance.
Nicole acts for public and private companies and private equity investors across a range of industries including resources, property, retail and the services sector. She also acts for some of Queensland’s most prominent sporting enterprises.
Nicole has advised clients across a variety of industry sectors, and in the property sector has advised many developers on the appropriate corporate structures to establish joint venture arrangements for mixed-use developments.
