Michael is a Partner with the firm’s Corporate Advisory and Governance practice and his work includes advising in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, due diligence, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions.
He has advised in these areas across numerous industries and has a specific interest in the resources, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
Michael holds qualifications in Business, Commerce (Honours) and Law (Honours). He was named a recommended Queensland lawyer in the latest Doyle's Guide to Australia's Leading Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyers.
