Brian has been a Partner with the firm for more than 20 years. He leads our Corporate Advisory and Governance practice.
Practicing almost exclusively in the corporate area, Brian’s emphasis is on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He is a non-executive director of ASX listed D'Aguilar Gold Ltd and Platina Resources, and AIM-listed Solomon Gold.
Brian acts for many publicly listed resource and industrial companies in Australia and regularly advises boards of directors on corporate governance and related issues. He has acted on numerous mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings in both the industrial and resources sectors.
Brian has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Queensland.
