Adam leads the firm's Construction, Infrastructure and Major Projects practice. He also boasts significant experience in general commercial dispute resolution and contract negotiation and litigation. Adam was recommended as a leading Queensland Construction lawyer in the 2011 Doyle's Guide to Construction Law.
Adam has acted for developers to prepare design and construct tenders and contract documents for a range of project delivery works. He advises on and negotiates in relation to the construction of infrastructure projects, mining and resources projects and all manner of property, tourism and mixed use developments across Australia. The focus is on ensuring clients (whether they be smaller subcontracting business or large project consortia participants) understand their project from start to finish, ensuring the potential for costly and avoidable disputes is minimised.
