Paul is one of the founding partners of the firm and is a Consultant in our Family Law team. Paul has practised exclusively in the area of family law since 1976 and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Queensland Law Society approved mediator.
Above all else, Paul values most the integrity he brings to each and every matter. Whether it is a complex property dispute, child contact matter or the division of assets across international borders, Paul brings to each matter and each client his integrity and close to 40 years experience to find the most favourable outcome possible.
Paul is recognised as one of Australia’s most prominent family lawyers. His expert knowledge of the law and depth of understanding of the more complex aspects of family law matters sees him regularly invited to deliver papers at legal symposiums and conferences.
Known for his concise, thorough but understandable advice, Paul is a passionate advocate for his clients’ success and finds innovative but real solutions in what can sometimes be highly emotional circumstances. It is perhaps his additional background in commercial law that enables Paul to recommend the most effective legal strategies in any family law situation.
