Shauna is of Associate in HopgoodGanim’s Family Law team. She specialises in complex property settlement and parenting matters, particularly relocation disputes. Shauna also has experience in de facto property settlement matters.
Shauna holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Griffith University, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. She is currently enrolled to complete a Masters of Law.
Shauna was admitted in 2006 and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Her focus on family law and her extensive education enables her to work with her clients to help them negotiate the often confusing and complex processes involved in relationship breakdowns.
