Richard is an experienced Associate in our Corporate practice and advises clients in the areas of M&A, capital raisings, private equity transactions and general corporate advice.
Notably, Richard was instrumental in advising Macarthur Minerals Ltd on an investment deal with China-based LPD Holdings (Aust) Pty Ltd.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Bond University.
