Liz utilises her education and extensive experience to advise clients on strategies for capital raising, assist with initial public offerings, and advise on sales and acquisitions of businesses and shares. Liz believes that the key to delivering the best possible outcome for her clients is understanding their business thoroughly and exceeding their expectations.
Recently, Liz worked on the merger of Brisbane Turf Club and Queensland Turf Club to form Brisbane Racing Club, and has assisted Buccaneer Energy in its IPO and capital raising. In addition, Liz regularly advises on general corporate law, listing rules matters and corporate governance.
Liz studied Law at Queen Mary, University of London and graduated with honours in 2000. She was admitted to practice in Queensland in 2006.
