Kim is a member of HopgoodGanim's Banking and Finance team and was promoted to the position of Associate in July 2009.
Kim practices in all areas of banking and finance law and specialises in corporate and business finance. He provides strategic and practical advice on a range of project documentation, including finance documents, charges and mortgages. He also provides general legal advice for parties receiving finance.
Kim has experience undertaking due diligence for a variety of lenders who provide commercial loans. His tenacious and meticulous approach ensures that clients’ interests are protected and that transactions are closely monitored from start to finish.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts (Justice Studies) and a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology.
