Jessica is an Associate in HopgoodGanim's Industrial and Employment Law team. She represents clients on various aspects of industrial and employment law, including claims for unpaid wages and entitlements, unfair dismissal claims, and discrimination and harassment complaints.
She also advises on workers compensation and insurance claims, and is a WorkCover Queensland approved delegate.
Jessica holds qualifications in Laws and Arts (Hons) and was admitted to practice in 2008. She is a member of the Queensland Industrial Relations Society.
