Jason is an Associate of HopgoodGanim’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and focuses primarily on insolvency matters and the liquor licensing and gaming industry.
Jason works across all areas of commercial dispute resolution, acting for and against administrators, receivers, liquidators and bankruptcy trustees in relation to all aspects of insolvency law. He understands that a thorough knowledge of his clients’ business is crucial to help them successfully resolve their disputes, and works closely with clients to create cost and time effective solutions.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours, and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and of the High Court of Australia in 2003.
