Janelle is an Associate in HopgoodGanim's Commercial Property practice and advises on all types of residential and commercial property transactions. Janelle's expertise and experience includes representing both mining and resources clients and landowners alike in rural and agricultural property transactions, advising on land tax exemptions and deductions, and acting for developers in flat land subdivisions. She works closely with our Taxation and Revenue and Resources and Energy specialists to provide a complete and connected service to clients in those industries.
