Emily Ackland is an Associate in HopgoodGanim's Corporate Advisory and Governance practice. She advises on capital raisings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.
Emily's experience also includes advising on the business aspects of franchising, including reviewing franchise agreements and advising on sales, disputes and compliance.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide.
