Despite the closure of Waterfront Place as a result of the recent flooding in Brisbane's CBD, Queensland-based law firm HopgoodGanim continues to remain fully operational.
Managing Partner Bruce Humphrys has confirmed that all the firm's systems remain fully functional and that staff have been working remotely since the closure of Waterfront Place to minimise any disruption to clients' work.
"We have established temporary facilities at Regus Northbank Plaza in Ann Street, which, from 2.00pm today, will act as a hub for our business and administrative operations until Waterfront Place reopens", he says.
"We will coordinate our mail, reception, printing, copying and administrative activities at this office so that we can continue to service our clients as normal. We will have lawyers on site, and we have meeting facilities set up to allow us to hold client conferences and for parties to meet when documents require execution."
Mr Humphrys says that all the firm's critical files are safe and accessible and that normal office numbers are operational, so clients can be assured of receiving the same high level of service they have come to expect from the firm.
HopgoodGanim will continue to operate from Regus Northbank Plaza, Level 22, 69 Ann Street, Brisbane, until further notice.
