Bruce Prescott, the head of HopgoodGanim's Business Services and Structuring practice, has retired from partnership at the firm.
He will remain a consultant to HopgoodGanim and will advise on business services, taxation and estate matters as needed.
Bruce joined HopgoodGanim in 1987 and has extensive experience conducting complex litigation in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Supreme Court of Queensland, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
According to Managing Partner Bruce Humphrys, Bruce is highly regarded and will be missed by the firm's employees and clients.

Bruce's last day as a full time partner of the firm is 30 June 2010.
