Leading Queensland law firm HopgoodGanim Lawyers has announced the promotion of two senior legal practitioners to partnership.
The two new partners, Paul Betros and Liam Prescott, both work within the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Paul Betros, currently a Special Counsel, is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in commercial litigation. His practice focuses primarily on insolvency law.
Liam Prescott is currently a Senior Associate and specialises in complex commercial disputes in the financial services, banking, mining and energy sectors.

The two new partnerships will come into effect on 1 January 2010 and will take the firm’s partnership tally to 25 at that time.
