Advising Bow Energy on all aspects of its exploration, including tenement acquisition, native title and cultural heritage, compensation, construction agreements, access to transport infrastructure and power station development. We also advised Bow Energy, and its wholly owned subsidiary SEQOil, on the sale of its interests in ATP 574 to Victoria Petroleum for $12.5 million.

Advising Arrow Energy on the development and operation of the Kogan North, Daandine, Tipton West and Moranbah gas projects.

Advising Northern Energy Corporation on the Elimatta and Colton coal projects, and on a life of mine coal offtake agreement with Chinese steel making group Xinyang Iron and Steel Group Company. This agreement will deliver Northern Energy approximately $700 million in sales revenue over a 10 year period.

Advising Arrow Energy on the acquisition of, and agreements relating to, Braemer 2 power station.

Advising Bandanna Energy on its coal mine development and co-development agreements for exploration, including negotiating land access and providing advice on native title and compensation. We also advise Bandanna Energy on rail access, including access to rail lines and rail transport.

Acting for Stanwell Corporation since 1996 in the procurement of coal for, and the transport of coal to, Stanwell Power Station, including negotiating purchase agreements, assisting with tender processes and advising on the operation of agreements.

Acting for DEEDI in the development of standard access and deferral agreements for Queensland's 2010 land access regime, including undertaking stakeholder consultation.

Acting for Norton Gold Fields in the acquisition of Paddington Gold Mine from Barrick Group, and the mine's subsequent operation.
